Flower Orders:

All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as fresh flowers, plants, and custom floral arrangements), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We take great pride in the quality of our blooms and our packaging. However, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, severely damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Weddings and Events:

To secure your wedding or event booking, a deposit is required upon confirmation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

As each event is uniquely tailored, planning and preparation commence immediately upon receipt of the deposit, including date reservation, design development, material sourcing, and inventory allocation.

For this reason, all deposits paid are strictly non-refundable. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
