Local Delivery Service

1. Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We proudly offer local delivery across most of the GTA areas, including Aurora, Brampton, City of Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Markham, North York, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Vaughan, Waterloo, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa.
  • Delivery fee: The fee will be charged depends on delivery distance from our studio located in Scarborough. Less than 5KM is $10, 5-10KM $12, 10-15KM $18, and over is $20.
  • Free local delivery: We offer free local delivery for all orders over $200 CAD. Please note that exclusions may apply, and extra-large items or products do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Regular delivery time: Orders may arrive in the afternoon or evening, depending on location. We will contact you about the estimated delivery time in advance. If you have concerns, please contact our customer service to discuss and confirm a suitable delivery time.

2. Express Delivery 

  • Delivery Fee: Additional charges may apply for scheduled deliveries.
  • 2-Hours Lead Time: Minimum of 2 hours lead time.

3. Delivery Schedule & Cut-off Times

  • Advance Notice: As our floral arrangements and products are made to order, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests, please call or message us directly to place your order.
  • Same-Day Delivery: We currently do not offer same-day delivery through our website.

4. Unsuccessful Deliveries (No One is Home)

Many of our products, including fresh flowers, are highly perishable. If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery:

  • Houses/Townhomes: We will leave the order in a shaded/safe area on the porch and notify the sender. (Note: During extreme weather conditions like freezing temperatures or high heat, we cannot leave flowers outside.)
  • Apartments/Condos: We will leave the order with the concierge/security desk. If there is no concierge, we will attempt to contact the recipient.
  • Redelivery Procedure: Our delivery personnel will attempt to call the recipient a minimum of 3 times and will wait at the delivery location for a maximum of 10 minutes. If no one shows up, the phone calls remain unanswered, and there is no safe place to leave the order, it will be brought back to our studio. A redelivery fee will apply for the second attempt.

5. Studio Pick-up

  • Scarborough Pickup: Free local pick-up is available at our home-based studio in Scarborough (Finch Ave E and McCowan Rd)
  • Pick-up Hours: Pick-up times are flexible. Please contact us via message or email after placing your order to confirm a suitable pick-up time.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and the time is confirmed, you will receive an email or message with the exact pick-up address and instructions when your order is ready.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure the delivery address and recipient's phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address needs to be changed after the order is placed, please contact us immediately, though changes cannot be guaranteed once the delivery route has started.

7. Damages During Delivery

Our products, including fresh flowers and other items, are delicate by nature. While we take the utmost care in packaging and handling your order to ensure it arrives safely, we cannot guarantee against or be held liable for any damages incurred during the transit and delivery process. If there is a severe issue with your order upon arrival, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us immediately.
